SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via FedEx courier, and delivery within the UAE is free of charge.

International Orders:

Shipping fees vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. All customs duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged by the destination country, not Irth Jewels.

Once your item is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. If you do not receive this notification, please contact us at info@irthjewels.com.

If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number. We are happy to assist in coordinating with the courier whenever possible.

Please note that Irth Jewels is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit.

DELIVERY TIME

All Irth Jewels pieces are hand-made and crafted to order. Please allow 8–10 business days for your jewelry to be prepared for shipment. While we always strive to fulfill orders promptly, the artisanal nature of our process requires this production window.

In most cases, orders are dispatched within 10 business days.
