Refund policy

REFUNDS & RETURNS

All items sold by Irth Jewels are custom & meticulous hand-made pieces that are made-to-order for each client; therefore we do not accept returns, refunds & exchanges.

We are committed to exceptional customer care and understand that some situations require special attention. In the rare event that your piece arrives with a manufacturing fault, we will correct the item at no additional cost to ensure it meets our quality standards.

If your jewelry is found to be defective (e.g., a missing stone) within 15 days of delivery, please contact us at info@irthjewels.com with a description of the issue and a photo, if applicable.
After this 15-day period, defect claims can no longer be accommodated.

Please note: this policy does not apply to refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing.

CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. If your piece is still in production and has not yet shipped, we can cancel the order and provide either a full refund or store credit, based on your preference.

Cancellations requested after the 24-hour window cannot be processed, as each piece is custom made-to-order.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the incorrect piece. This allows us to promptly evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via FedEx courier, and delivery within the UAE is free of charge.

International Orders:
Shipping fees vary by destination.

All customs duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged by the destination country, not Irth Jewels.

Once your item is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. If you do not receive this notification, please contact us at info@irthjewels.com.

If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number. We are happy to assist in coordinating with the courier when possible.

Irth Jewels is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit. Shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable.

DELIVERY TIME

All Irth Jewels pieces are hand-made and crafted to order. Please allow 8–10 business days for your piece to be prepared for shipment. While we always strive to fulfill orders in a timely manner, the artisanal nature of our process requires this production window.

In most cases, orders are dispatched within 10 business days.
